Easter Mason Jar

Well…you know we love a  Mason Jar, so we absolutely had to include one in our Easter Tablescape we showed you earlier this week. Today we are going to show you how to create these adorable little Easter Cupcake Liner Mason Jars… complete with a bunny tail tag…

Seriously, these are so incredibly easy to make and will just put a little smile on your face. Here is what you need…

Supplies Needed…

Mason Jars

Cupcake Liners

Jute Twine

White Cardstock

Cotton Balls

Decorative Round Punch

Glue

Decorative Straw

Exacto Knife

Hole Punch

Simply remove the lid from the mason jar and replace the inner part with the cupcake liner. Use an exacto knife to cut a very small “x” where the straw will go.

Punch out the scalloped little circle and punch a hole in the top of it. Glue the cotton ball on the scallop circle to make a little bunny tail…cute!

Now thread the jute twine through the hole and tie around the jar. Insert your little straw and that’s it! I even wrote the names of the kids on the back of the little bunny tail so that their drink would not be lost.

These little Easter Mason Jars turned out so cute and they can be customized to any holiday or event by simply choosing a cupcake liner that matches your theme. There are so many cute cupcake liners out now!

I just love how the cupcake liner makes a little ruffle that hangs out of the mason jar lid. We set ours up on a terra cotta cake stand and placed one empty mason jar in the center to hold all the adorable little straws.

We served up some pink lemonade in these cuties!

We would love for you to hop on  over and check out our Easter Tablescape that has a bunnies and burlap theme. And make sure to check out all of our fabulous guest’s tablescapes from this week as well!

  11. Those are adorable!!! I am in love with mason jars. :) FYI, I saw jar lids to use with straws in a magazine, for $25. These are way cuter, and cheaper (and you could sell them, lol)!

  15. The cupcake liner is GENIUS! I’m kind of a sucker for buying cute liners when they are on sale, but I hardly ever make cupcakes…now I know what to do with them all. :)
