Faith, Hope, and Love...{ Valentine's Apothecary Jars }

   It is hard to believe that we are well on our way to Valentine's Day! Last year I posted on January 31st about "LOVE is a Verb" . I never would have anticipated what would  occur less than 24 hours later, that would totally  consume my life, Trish's life, and our family's lives for the next year. On February 1st last year, we lost my father-in-law { Trish's father } very suddenly and very unexpectedly.

    "Pop" { as my daughter named him, as the first born grandchild } was seemingly healthy and young.  His death has stretched us to places we never thought we could or would go. We have walked day by day, relying on God and trusting in His plan...but it has not been easy.

Faith, Hope, Love...without these life can be overwhelming. Just as I have tried to teach my children about love { 1 Cor. 13:4-8 and Matt.22:36-39}...this year has also been about  faith { Heb. 11:1 and 2 Cor. 5:7 } and hope {Jer.29:11 and Psalm 34:18}.

Valentine's Day is the perfect time to remember those three things... faith, hope, and love and to have a little reminder for our family each day...

As we enter the Valentine season, Trish and I hope that you and your family can hold each other tight, and remember these three things...

Bonnie

  29. So cute! My boys would be happy with the pop of blue as they are not too impressed with all of the pink I have been using for my Valentine's projects! The candy in there is pretty cute too - a Valentine's Day version of candy corn! That would be a great candy for me to have around here as I love the look of it but not the taste! Thanks so much for linking up to The Creative Spark. I'll be featuring this on my Facebook page. have a great weekend!
