Uncommon Events: Halloween Party Games and More!

Halloween is just around the corner and I have been getting ready for a big bash to celebrate! When it comes to a party, festive and beautiful decor can set the mood, but what you do at the party is what your guests will remember the most.  Here are a few ideas that this witch has brewing for ultimate party fun...

I love doing a craft as party guests are arriving. It helps those who don't know many people have something to do and is a great conversation starter.  It also gives everyone the opportunity to arrive at the party before most of the games or activities begin.

  This year our party will last until after dark and I thought these  jack-o-lantern luminaries would be perfect!  Instead of using modge podge, I plan on painting them ahead of time so our partygoers can be creative with their pumpkin faces, and we don't have to wait on anything to dry.  I think I may make a few ahead of time to serve as centerpieces for the craft table, too!

{I'll post a tutorial soon}

Fall is the perfect time for S'mores!
  Everyone of all ages loves to roast marshmallows over a camp fire, but I think we should add in a few Halloween Peeps!

Can't you just imagine this with  ghosts floating on top of the sticks! Love it!

Who could resist a little "Ghost Bowling" when the pins are as cute as this one from parents.com?  And the mummy ball, too! I found a great set of 27inch, inflatable bowling pins that will be perfect!!

Finally, no Fall party is complete without a Hay Ride!  I can't wait to start making all the goodies for the party!  Stay tuned for more ideas for decorating and unique party food!
